The hotel is great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is very convenient, being close to the central railway station and just a short walk from the bus station. The rooms are in good condition with comfortable beds, and breakfast is included with a range of hot and cold drinks.

All was fine during my stay, no improvements needed.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a short tram ride away from the city centre. It was also great to have the brewery's pub nearby, where we enjoyed delicious food and their own brewed beer. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The Wi-Fi connection in some areas of the hotel could be unreliable at times.

The staff had difficulty speaking English, made communication a bit challenging. It would have been nice if they had fulfilled my request for a printed photo of Ariana Grande in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and bus terminal, making transportation easy. there is a beer brewery on-site, and the beer at the restaurant was amazing. The location is also great, with bars and restaurants within a short walk, and the city center is easily accessible, either by a 20-minute walk or by public transportation.
